Electrostatic filters

Schuitemaker supply parts for electrostatic filters, such as
• Filter plates in various lengths and profiles

Drawings and calculations concerning feasibility, manner of suspension, transport, with or without spacers, pipes for hanging the plates, etc. are made already during the quotation stage.

If a large quantity of filter plates is required, the decision can be made to produce new rollers or even an entirely new guillotine shear. This guillotine shear is used for cutting, and simultaneously holes are punched for suspending and attaching the rapping mechanisms.
The maximum length of the profiles is approx. 16 metres; their width varies from 3.2 to 8.5 metres.

Because of the great length and the thin plates, a crossbeam is often designed for a particular plate model, keeping in mind that such a crossbeam can be used for other projects for the customer.
The crossbeam is tested by an appropriately accredited firm and given a certificate of compliance.
